Amazon Prime Day
1.1 The MyMalls Amazon Prime Day Campaign 2024 ("the Campaign") is open to all MyMalls customers who have a valid and active account.
1.2 The Campaign is valid between July 18th, 2024, and July 31st, 2024 ("the Campaign Period").
1.3 By participating in the Campaign, participants agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions.
1.4 The Campaign is valid only for the MyMalls Express methods, not applicable for shipments with MyMalls Economy.
2.1 During the Campaign Period, eligible MyMalls customers can combine up to five packages into a single shipment, free of charge for the first Repack & Combine request only.
2.2 Standard fees will apply when additional Repack & Combine requests of 4 or 5 packages are made.
2.3 The free package consolidation offer applies only to shipments originating from the MyMalls warehouse to the customer's designated delivery address.
2.4 The free package consolidation offer does not apply to additional services, including but not limited to insurance, repackaging, or special handling requests.
2.5 The free package consolidation offer cannot be combined with any other promotional offers or discounts.
2.6 In order to benefit from the Campaign, a minimum of 4 or a maximum of 5 packages must be selected and combined into a single order.
2.7 The combined order, consisting of the selected packages, will be eligible for a complete waiver of any additional Repack & Combine charges.
2.8 It is important to note that if fewer than 4 packages or more than 5 packages are selected and combined into a single order, additional repacking and combining charges may apply. The customer will be responsible for the payment of these charges.
3.1 To qualify for the free package consolidation offer, each package must meet the following criteria:
a) The package must be received at the MyMalls warehouse within the Campaign Period.
b) The package must comply with the MyMalls terms and policies regarding size, weight, and restricted items.
c) The package must be addressed to the MyMalls account holder and include the correct unique account identifier.
3.2 MyMalls reserves the right to reject any package that does not meet the eligibility criteria for the free package consolidation offer.
4.1 MyMalls will consolidate up to five eligible packages into a single shipment, free of charge for the first request done during the Campaign Period.
4.2 MyMalls will make reasonable efforts to consolidate packages within a timely manner but does not guarantee specific consolidation or delivery timelines.
4.3 MyMalls reserves the right to use its discretion in selecting the most appropriate shipping method for the consolidated package.
4.4 MyMalls is not responsible for any damages, losses, or delays that may occur during the consolidation or shipping process.
4.5 MyMalls will provide customers with the tracking information for the consolidated package once it has been shipped.
5.1 MyMalls shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the Campaign, including but not limited to any delay, loss, or damage to packages or any injury or harm to participants.
5.2 Participants agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless MyMalls and its affiliates, partners, and employees from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from or relating to their participation in the Campaign.
5.3 MyMalls reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Campaign, or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time, without prior notice.
6.1 These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which MyMalls operates.
6.2 Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the Campaign shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the relevant jurisdiction.
6.3 In the event that any provision of these Terms & Conditions is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be deemed severed from the remaining provisions, which shall remain in full force and effect.
6.4 These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the participants and MyMalls concerning the Campaign and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and representations.
By participating in the MyMalls Amazon Prime Day Campaign 2024, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these Terms & Conditions.
