Due to the recent COVID-19 outbreak and the government's efforts to reduce the risk of spreading the virus. DHL is only allowed to deliver Food and Medical supplies in Cayman Islands during the extended curfew of March 25th 19.00 pm till April 6th 5.00 am. DHL’s front counter will be closed until further notice. Please take into account possible delays, due to these guidelines.

DHL Emergency Surcharge

[01/04/2020] The aviation industry has been hit hard by the COVID-19 crisis, which in turn has affected reductions or cancellations of passenger flights to most countries. DHL is supported by significant amounts of commercial air cargo purchased on passenger flights in addition to their own cargo aircraft fleet. Therefore, and until further notice, an Emergency Situation Surcharge will be implemented as of April 6th for shipments with an origin of China and Hong Kong, destined to and billed in your local country.
