Dear MyMalls Customers,
As Hurricane Milton strengthens and approaches Florida's west coast, we want to keep you informed of how this may impact our operations and your shipments.
Our team at the Opa-Locka warehouse is monitoring the storm closely. Based on current forecasts, the storm is expected to make landfall near our location between Wednesday and Thursday morning. As always, the safety of our employees is our top priority. If the storm intensifies, we will close the warehouse and send our team home to ensure their safety. This means that package processing could be delayed, and shipments may not go out as scheduled.
Both DHL and FedEx have announced they will continue operating tomorrow, but this is subject to change depending on the storm's severity. However, our seafreight partner has announced that they will be closed for the week, which will delay the shipment to Curaçao. We understand how important your packages are, and we are working closely with all our partners to minimize disruptions.
We are monitoring the storm's progress closely and will provide further updates as the situation develops. If conditions worsen, we may halt all operations until it is safe to resume. Please keep an eye on your email and this article for real-time updates.
Thank you for your understanding and patience during this time. The safety of our team and the timely delivery of your packages are our main concerns, and we will do everything possible to resume normal operations as soon as it is safe to do so.
Stay safe,
The MyMalls Team
