MyMalls Economy has arrived in Curaçao

We are delighted to introduce you to our new shipping option: MyMalls Economy! We believe that this is an excellent new freight forwarding method for those who want to save and are not in a hurry in receiving their packages.

Why MyMalls Economy? (MME)

With the price increases we have faced, we needed to come up with a solution for you to receive your packages at a more affordable rate.

How does it work?

• Pick ups at our US warehouse will be done on a once-per-week basis.

• Shipping delivery will take 10 - 14 business days

• MME packages cannot be consolidated

• All packages will be DDP — meaning that all shipping costs, import duties and local taxes will be prepaid.

• Pick up your shipment at our MyMalls Pick Up Point at Umbrella Building, Groot Davelaar 145,147, Willemstad, Curaçao.

How can I get started?

1- Check out the shipping cost and request calculation for your duties and taxes

In your suite, when choosing your shipping method, you will be able to see how much you will pay for shipping with MME

Once requested, our team will be notified to work on this

3- Wait a couple of minutes for your request to be completed

Our team will calculate the duties and taxes for the package, once they are calculated, you will receive an email.

4- Pay for your package(s)

You can log into your suite and pay for your package(s). Be aware that with MME you will already be paying shipping, duties and taxes.

5- Once package is paid, package will be shown as “Pending Shipment” in suite

You can then quickly schedule the pick up of your package by filling out the form that will be available in the suite.

Simply click “Schedule Pickup” and fill in the following:

Once filled, our team will be notified and your package is automatically scheduled to be picked up at our office on the requested date. This will ensure speedy service! 🕣 😎

6- In the meantime, you will be able to track your package(s) and see when it arrives at the MyMalls pickup point in Curaçao
