We are currently living in a mobile era where the number of mobile users far exceeds desktop users - and it just so happens that MyMalls members have been petitioning for an app for quite some time. Well, we listened and in true MyMalls fashion, we jumped at the opportunity to take the user experience to another level. We are in the business of shipping made easy after all. Desktop users do not worry, MyMalls will continue to update the website for customers who are more comfortable behind a desktop.

MyMalls App Benefits

The MyMalls app does more than keeping track of packages. Downloading the app means members have easier access to our platform and therefore can undertake quicker actions regarding their shipments. Members can manage their entire shipment from the moment you are done with your online shopping. With both push and in-app notifications, members will receive updates regarding every step of the package in the warehouse and are able to track the package when it’s on its way to you.

Where can I find the MyMalls app?

iPhone users can find MyMalls on the App Store. The same goes for all devices running on iOS. If you are not entirely sure where to locate the App Store or how to download apps, we have put together a couple of steps to help you get started.

FYI: The following steps do not apply to iPhone 5c, iPhone 5, iPhone 4s or the iPhone 4.

  1. Go to your Home Screen and search for the App Store Icon:

*To install apps, you must either be signed in with your Apple ID, sign in or create one. So, if requested, sign in to the App Store to complete the install.

  1. Once you have opened the store → tap Search on the bottom right of your screen. Then enter the name of the app: MyMalls.
  2. Tap the Icon.
  3. Tap GET. Then tap Install.
  4. If your iPhone has Face ID enabled, double-tap the Side button then look at the screen to authenticate.

Download the MyMalls App on iOS.

Android phone and tablet Pull out your Android phone or tablet and follow the steps below to download the MyMalls app:

  1. Using your Android mobile device, go to the Google Play Store or tap the icon from your Home screen.
  2. Open Google Play by tapping the Play Store app:
  3. Go to Search and type MyMalls.
  4. Tap the MyMalls icon.
  5. Tap the Install button, then confirm by tapping OK.

Download the MyMalls App on Android.

Remember to enable push notifications for automatic updates of packages. The MyMalls app will keep you in the loop from the moment your order arrives at our warehouse until it arrives on your doorstep. Soon, the European market will only be a few clicks away with the new app. The new warehouse in the Netherlands is opening very soon!
