Price Adjustments - January 2023 Onwards

Our shipping partners and our company have been at the forefront of incredible challenges the past year and it has impacted almost every country and every industry. Due to global inflation and unforeseen increases in shipping charges, we would like to inform you about the several price adjustments our shipping partners have made effective January 1, 2023. Below you will find an overview of these charges.
Discount on Local Handling Fees
We are happy to inform you that we can offer you the following discounts on local handling fees of our shipping partners, effective January 1, 2023:
DHL Express — 50% discount on Local Handling Fees in all countries.
FedEx — 75% discount* on Local Handling Fees in the following countries: Aruba, Barbados, Bermuda, Bonaire, Cayman Islands and Curaçao.
Customs Clearance Services Charges
Next to the price increase, there will be additional charges for Customs Clearance Services. DHL will charge MyMalls members 50% of the standard charges in all countries. This discount has been deducted from the standard charges and are applied in the charges below. The explanations of the following customs services can be found here.
